Before buying the car the dealer really seemd to want to help, He replyed at the emails on every point, in 1-2 hours

I did not like that after the car was bought the dealer did not even try to solve some issues I had. I had 4 issues with the car from which at least 1 of them could have been cause by a missunderstanding. The dealer did not move a muscle to try to understand and solve this issue in any way. He simply washed his hands saying that is the transporter fault. In the same mail I requested a contract on which both the seller and the buyer signatures to be available (in order to be able to register the car in my country). This request was simply discarded. On the other hand the car had some small issues that were not told by the dealer: some small scratches on various parts, and a signal light frome one of the mirrors broken.

Ook na een tweede vraag kreeg ik keurig antwoord.

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Ich wurde sehr gut beraten. Alles vor Ort war dann auch sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich fühlte mich sehr ehrlich behandelt. Inzahlungnahme war kein Problem, vielen Dank für alles !
