Although I wanted to buy a Mini Countryman and placed a deposit my wife changed her mind. Although this was disappointing for Robert he reacted in a professional manner and transfered back the money. Robert had all the documents ready for me which in my case had a certain complexity to it because my car was do for a export out of the EU.All the papers where ready and he explain to me the process in which I had to do export from start to finish.
