Leider war das Fahrzeug reserviert und wurde letztendlich auch gekauft. Dies hatte man mir am Telefon mitgeteilt.

Hi! The dealers from Berolina was very kind and submitted to me information needed. I am looking for business vehicle (having sea pilotage company) and for me it is very important what exactly is written in documents of the car in order to return VAT, benefit tax etc, because Bulgarian tah legislation is not so flexible as german one. Guys were very polite - now I will find a way for solution and will come back. Best Regards from Varna!

I know also from other bulgarians (some of them owners of rent-a-car companies) who a buying 10-12 cars each year by mobile.de that majority of dealers very often DO NOT answer on their e-mails and that's why they prefer to contact by telephone. I also have this experience and understand that probably they have some serious reason.
