The first interaction was ok, the dealer provided info in a fair amount of time.

I clearly stated that I will buy the car and I told the dealer that we have a deal and I will pay for the car soon. He did not reply to that message. The company I hired to take care of the buying process contacted him. He told them that everything is ok. He was asked to provide an invoice so I can pay for the vehicle fully. He never provided one. When asked why is that, sometime later he said that the car is no longer available even though I told him we have a deal and I will pay for it very soon which I did. I sent him an emai and he replied that the car was reserved at the time I was talking to him. I said that is unacceptable and it is their mistake. He made it clear thag the customer who just looked at the care and made a financing request was more important and trustworthy than me, who offered to pay for it fully. They never appologized, they kept themselves arrogant and disrespectful with false kindness. They mocked my time and money I spent for taking them seriously.
