Keine Antwort auf eine schriftliche Anfrage über mobile.de, auch keine Antwort auf eine Mail an seine Firmen-Mailadresse außerhalb von mobile.de nach dem Kauf. Tipp für alle anderen potentiellen Kunden: probiert es besser telefonisch ;)

From the first contact to the pick up of the car, everything went very well. We handled everything by email, and Dirk and his Team have been very useful, very patient and very trustworthy. Especially considering that I don't speak German and that I needed extra help for getting export license plate, they took care of everything. I would strongly recommend buying from them.
