Dealer didn't respond to my contact via mobile.de. The following day I sent an email to a salesman directly, which was ignored. The next day I sent the same email to another salesman. After a while the first salesman replied saying he'd reply next week. He never did. After a few hours, the second salesman replied in a cold and "couldn't care less" attitude and implied that delivering a car in perfect condition is an offer in itself (the car needed a windshield and service), which prevented him from giving "more" discount as he put it. Overall a very disappointing experience from an official Aston Martin dealer. This sale was guaranteed, all they had to do was not screw it up. A slightly different approach, a more timely and nicer reply, and even with the same limitations the sale would have happened.
