Der Händler hat regelmäßig nachgefasst, ob und wie der Kontakt zum Endkunden war. Sehr freundlich und über den Inhalt des letzten Gesprächs immer informiert.

Der Händler war nur Kontaktvermittler zum Endkunden. Er hatte sehr wenig Informationen zum Fahrzeug. Das Gefühl "ich kaufe bei einem renomierten Händler, der wird (oder kann) mich nicht über den Tisch ziehen" stellt sich damit nicht ein.
