Mit der Beantwortung meiner Fragen konnte ich nichts anfangen. Sag mir das Hintergrundwissen über Paragraphen, die mir genannt wurden, nicht bekannt sind. Ich wollte lediglich wissen, wie ich das Fahrzeug Fahrzeug entgegennehmen kann mit oder ohne Mehrwertsteuer, die ich bezahlen muss und Zulassung Möglichkeit in Deutschland. Diese Fragen wurden für mich nicht beantwortet.
